    Our mission is to inspire our clients to maximize their LifeWealth to help experience more security, success and significance through coaching, education, communication and excellence-driven success. Founded in 2002, LifeWealth Group serves Florida families and individuals by offering the following services: retirement income strategies, wealth management strategies, asset protection strategies, annuities, life insurance, tax minimization strategies, long-term care strategies, IRA and 401(k) rollovers, trusts, probate, charitable giving, estate planning, tax planning and IRA legacy planning.

    Hilgardt Lamprecht | President and CEO

    Hilgardt Lamprecht, LifeWealth Group’s financial advisor, has worked in the insurance and annuity industry since 1997, combining his entrepreneurial spirit with his drive for excellence. A devout Christian, Hilgardt is dedicated to his family, his faith and the financial well-being of his clients.

    Hilgardt earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Stellenbousch, as well as a Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. He holds his Florida health, life and variable annuity license and has passed the Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 security exams.

    Currently living in Orlando, Hilgardt is married to his wife, Janice, and is the father of three boys: Hilton, Chris and Liam. In his spare time, Hilgardt enjoys being an avid golfer, pilot, motorcyclist and water sports enthusiast.


    Janice Lamprecht | Office Manager

    In addition to being the wife of the LifeWealth Group owner and president, Janice Lamprecht is the adhesive that keeps LifeWealth Group together. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including bookkeeping and quality control, always ensuring they deliver on their promise to provide superior professional services. Besides enjoying being mother of three boys, she has a passion for kids and families in crisis. She loves running and enjoys participating in fun runs with all her boys. Janice’s background is in service management, and she is also an occupational therapist.


    Brad Busbin

    A former Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher, Brad began coaching people on their financial game plans while in the bullpen. Today, Brad is helping The LifeWealth Group clients develop a plan to create the wealth in their lives they’ve always wanted. In addition to earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida, Brad earned a Juris Doctorate for the Barry University School of Law, and is also a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. . He and his wife, Laurie, welcomed their first child, Jonathan, in 2015. They live in Winter Garden, Florida.


    Andy Young | Financial Planner

    Andy Young joined LifeWealth Group in 2017. He has passed the Series 6, 63, and 65 security exams in addition to being insurance licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance as well as Life, Health and Annuities. He is a graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

    He prides himself on helping clients realize their DREAMS by developing strategies that work toward protecting their income both now and in the future. He enjoys being a trusted advisor ranging from young families just getting started on their journey to retirees helping ensure they can’t outlive their savings. He enjoys spending spare time at the beach with his wife Sarah.

    Jeff Elhoffer serves as our Director of Marketing and Client Relations. Jeff is in charge of scheduling, so if you need to schedule an appointment, he will set you up! He handles all of our events at The LifeWealth Group, so if you would like to host a private event for co-workers, please call him.


    Kay Lee | Business Processing Specialist

    Kay has 10 years’ experience in the financial world and previously worked as a financial professional in the banking industry. She holds both general lines and life/health and variable annuities insurance licenses in Florida. Kay has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida, where she minored in computer science.


    Taylor Hammond | Financial Advisor

    Taylor is an Associate Planner at Life Wealth Group. As part of the Financial Planning Team, he assists with financial strategies, technical research and administrative client services. He provides client support by executing systematic contributions and withdrawals, as well as helps clients access their online accounts.

    Taylor finished graduate school at Samford University, earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA), in the summer of 2013. While there, Taylor played as a member of Samford University’s Division 1 baseball team. He uses his competitive drive he learned on the field to strive for excellence in his work at Life Wealth Group.

    Taylor and his wife, Caitlin, have two little girls, Hallie and Addison. They enjoy spending time together as a family. Taylor also enjoys playing recreational sports in his spare time, such as golf, basketball and tennis.

    Jeremy Wassmer | Associate Planner

    Jeremy Wassmer has worked in the financial services industry for 8 years and joined the LifeWealth Group in 2017.
